FAQs



Q: Who can participate in this Program? 
A: The Contest is open to active Young Living Singapore Brand Partners who are in good standing with Young Living; are 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2024; and meet the following THREE (3) criteria: 
a. Have a primary billing address listed on their brand partner account as SINGAPORE 
b. Active Brand Partners are individuals who have made a purchase of at least 50 PV in the last 12 months and signed the Young Living Brand Partner Agreement 
c. Have an achieved rank of Executive or above as of March 31, 2024

Q: How do I opt in to this Program?
A: Interested Brand Partners need to opt in for this Program at this https://bit.ly/leadershipacademyoptin which will be open from April 6, 2024, at 12.01 a.m. till April 30, 2024 at 11.59 p.m., Singapore Standard Time (SST). Brand Partners will be informed of their eligibility via email within two weeks after the opt-in period.

Q: What is the Qualification Period for this Program? 
A: The Qualification Period begins May 1, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. and ends August 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., SST.

Q: I successfully enrolled a NEW Brand Partner in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period, what happens if he/she changes enroller within the Qualification Period?  
A: For you as the enroller to meet the Personal Productivity criterion, your personal enrollment must NOT change enroller within the Qualification Period. Otherwise, the enrollment will not be counted.

Q: What is considered a reactivation?
A: A Reactivation is defined as a Young Living Singapore Brand Partner who has been inactive for at least 2 years or 24 months, reactivating his/her existing account as Young Living Singapore Brand Partner with minimum 100PV of Premium Experience Bundle or Customised Enrollment Order, within the Qualification Period.

Q: For Personal Productivity goal, can I enroll anyone?
A: Participants must personally enroll a minimum of eight (8) new Brand Partners in Young Living Singapore within the qualification period, with minimum 100PV each. Follow up with at least five (5) of these eight (8) new Brand Partners to place their 2nd order (minimum 100 PV) outside of the enrollment month within the Qualification Period.

Q: Can I enroll 1 new Brand Partner each month in May to June 2024 and make up with 6 enrollments in July 2024?
A: Yes, as long as by the end of the Qualification Period, you have a minimum of eight (8) new Brand Partners in Young Living Singapore within the qualification period, with minimum 100PV each. Please remember you need to have at least five (5) of these eight (8) new Brand Partners to place their 2nd order (minimum 100 PV) outside of the enrollment month within the Qualification Period.

Q: For Personal Productivity, if my NEW Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period placed TWO (2) Singapore ER/SO orders of minimum 100 PV each (1st enrollment kit on ER) in the enrollment month, does this qualify as his/her 2nd order?
A: This will NOT qualify as your new Personal Enrollment’s 2nd order because the 2nd order must be placed after enrollment month within the qualification period.

Q: For Personal Productivity, if my NEW Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period placed and processed the 1st enrollment kit with minimum 100 PV on ER/SO in the enrollment month of May, skipped ER/SO in June but resumed ER/SO order of minimum 100 PV in July, does this qualify as his/her 2nd order?
A: This will qualify as your new Personal Enrollment’s 2nd order because the 2nd order must be placed after enrollment month and need not be consecutive month, and within the qualification period.

Q: For Personal Productivity, if my NEW Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period placed and processed the 1st enrollment kit on ER/SO in the enrollment month of August, placed and processed 2nd ER/SO order of minimum 100 PV in September, does this qualify as his/her 2nd order?
A: This will NOT qualify as your new Personal Enrollment’s 2nd order because the 2nd order must be placed after enrollment month within the qualification period. September is outside the qualification period.

Q: What is the baseline OGV?
A: Baseline OGV is the total OGV from December 2023 to March 2024.

Q: What is the qualifying OGV?
A: Qualifying OGV is the target OGV that you need to achieve from May to August, 2024.

Q. My achieved rank is Silver and my current paid rank is Senior Star as of March 2024, I will need to compete in the Leadership Academy under which rank criterion?
A. You will need to compete on the rank of Executive in the Leadership Academy.

Q: What if I am a new Silver in March 2024 and have less than 40K BOGV in my baseline months?
A: You will compete on the rank of Silver. Silver must compete at a minimum BOGV of 40K. If your BOGV is less than 40K, you would need a minimum of 46K QOGV to meet this Business Growth criterion.

Q: Who will be subjected to Business Growth criterion exclusion?
A: Participants that exceed the minimum or maximum BOGV as stated in the Business Growth criterion table will be given a minimum or maximum cap in QOGV growth.

Q: For Team Management goal, can I choose to uprank any downline to Executive/Silver?
A: The Downline to Up rank (D2U) must be personally enrolled by yourself and must be a YL Brand Partner in Singapore.

Q: For Team Management goal, if I must uprank someone to Executive/Silver by July 2024 and maintain in August 2024, must it be a new rank up?
A: You can choose to rank up someone new (who has never achieved Executive/Silver rank before) or to re-rank someone. D2U can be a Personally Enrolled Brand Partner with an achieved rank of Executive or Silver who re-rank to their achieved rank within the qualification period. D2U who re-rank to their achieved rank of Executive or Silver must not be paid as Executive or Silver from October 2023 to April 2024. All D2U(s) must uprank/re-rank, and maintain 1 month outside of the rank up month.

Q: For Team Management goal, can I uprank my downline to Executive/Silver in August 2024 and maintain the rank in September 2024?
A: Yes, you can uprank your downline to Executive/Silver in August 2024 and must maintain the rank in September 2024 to meet this Team Management criterion.

Q: Does Sales and Transfers count towards the business growth and team management criteria?
A: Sales and Transfers will NOT count towards the business growth and team management criteria.

Q: Who can win any prize in this Promotion?
A: To be eligible to win any prize, a Participant must meet the following THREE (3) criteria:
1. Personal Productivity
2. Business Growth (OGV Growth)
3. Team Management

Q: What are the prizes that I can win?
A: To be eligible to win any prize, a Participant must meet the following THREE (3) criteria:
1. 4 day/3 night trip for one to Bali (includes days of travel); inclusive of flight ticket and single accommodation
2. Leadership training
3. Exclusive YL branded products and souvenirs.

Q: What are the requirements of the trip?
A: Travel insurance must be purchased by the qualifiers at their own expense. All Qualifiers are required to make flight reservations exclusively through our designated travel agent due to the intricacies and associated risks of flight booking. Self-booking of flights and accommodations for this trip is strictly prohibited and is not eligible for reimbursement.

Q: When is this trip with Young Living Singapore?
A: The 4D 3N trip is scheduled for November 2024. The actual travel dates will be announced when available.

Q: Can I bring a guest if I win a prize?
A: To bring a guest, you will have to make personal arrangements. Young Living Singapore will not provide activities, meals, transportation, and ground arrangements. If you wish to bring an infant within nursing age, you will be personally responsible for any extra costs associated.

Q. Will Young Living Singapore pay for my transportation to and from the airport departure/arrival location?
A. Travel costs incurred between your home and the said location are at your own expense.

Q. Will Young Living Singapore pay my baggage fees?
A. Baggage fees and other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winning participant.

Q. What if I qualify for but cannot attend the Trip with Young Living Singapore?
A. There will be no encashment or replacement prize in the event you qualify for but cannot attend the Trip. The prizes are also not transferable.

Q. Where can I know my progression of the Program and when will it be updated?
A. More information will be released at a later date.

Q. When will I be notified if I qualify to be rewarded?
A. Final results are scheduled to be published on Young Living Singapore social media channels by October 20, 2024. On or before October 20, 2024, emails will be sent to the qualifiers who are eligible for the rewards containing acceptance links where the qualifiers must accept or decline the rewards and complete a registration form by October 31, 2024. Failure to respond to the acceptance email via the link within this period will be considered as a reward rejection. This rejection cannot be reversed and in a similar way, acceptance of the prizes will be final. If a qualifier rejects the rewards, he/she will no longer be eligible for any reward(s).
